Outlook 2013 or 2016 Configuration Instructions
- Start Outlook
- Select the File menu:

- Select Info and Add Account:

- Choose Manual setup or additional server types and select Next:

- Choose POP or IMAP and select Next:
- On the Account Settings window, enter the following information:
- Your Name: this is the name recipients will see in the From box when you send email. You can use your first and last name, or your agency name, for example
- Email Address: your full NexCite email address
- Account Type: choose POP3 from the drop-down (Not IMAP)
- Incoming Mail Server: mail.vacationport.net
- Outgoing Mail Server: mail.vacationport.net
- User Name: your full NexCite email address
- Password: the password assigned to your NexCite email account (leave box checked to remember password)
- Select the More Settings button:

- Select the Outgoing Server tab:
- Check the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication checkbox
- Select Use the same settings as my incoming mail server
- Click the Advanced tab and complete the following:
- Incoming Server (POP3): 995
- Check the box for "Use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL/TLS"
- Outgoing Server (SMTP): 465
- Select SSL/TLS from the "Use the following type of encrypted connection" drop-down
- Check the box for "Leave a copy of messages on the server"
- Check the box for "Remove from server after X days" and set to 7
- Click the OK button
- Click Next on the E-mail Accounts window
- Click the Finish button
