Setting Up an Auto-Responder

An auto-responder is a great option to utilize if you plan on being away from your primary device.


  1. Go to and log in using your email as the username and your email password
  2. Click on the 'Forwarding' tab on the left side
  3. Check the 'Enable Responder' option
  4. Check the 'Only responder to messages addressed specifically to this account' option
  5. For the 'Only send to a particular user' option, choose how frequently you would like people who email you to recieve your auto-responder message. We recommend using the 'Once a Day' option
  6. Enter the 'Message Subject' and 'Message Body' that you want people who email you to receive
  7. Click 'Save'


Your auto-responder is now set up. When you are able to use your primary device again, simply uncheck the 'Enable Responder' option.
